Training and Development

Our trainings are divided into groups as “Orientation Trainings, In-house and External trainings”.

Our colleagues who have just started our hospital, on the first day, within the framework of general orientation and quality orientation training, they start work after a one-day program under 20 topics, including the introduction of the hospital, personal development, and adaptation training.

Department orientation training is a process that continues for our newly recruited colleague from the day they start to work until the end of the probationary period.

In order to ensure the highest level of health service delivery and to ensure its continuity, trainings and department-based development trainings are organized with the participation of all employees.

We participate trainings abroad in order to support the development of our colleagues.

Career Planning

We continue our journey in the health industry, which we started in 1998, with a renewed and growing structure, with more dynamism and excitement.

Almost all of our colleagues in the administrative positions in our hospital came to that position through internal promotion. Therefore, each of our colleagues works depending on their performance, knowing that they can be promoted and experiencing it.

Our first choice in the event of a vacant administrative position within the organization is our colleagues in our internal dynamics, then candidates are sought from external dynamics with an advertisement.

Remuneration and Additional Benefits

Remuneration: It is paid on a net wage basis and is paid monthly. The wages of the employees in our hospital are determined in line with the wage bands that vary depending on their performance during the year, education, foreign language knowledge and experience. During our busy seasons, our colleagues are supported with bonuses.

Meals: In our hospital, lunch, dinner, and breakfast are provided for our shift workers.

Private Health Insurance: Private health insurance, that is valid in our hospital, covers outpatient and inpatient treatment services for our colleagues. The families of our employees are also given the opportunity to be insured with a special discount.

Workplace Physician: We have an workplace physician who intervenes in the ill health of our colleagues and is responsible for the treatment of their diseases.
