It is the whole of the practices performed in order to protect the rights of the person who requests medical assistance and applies to a health institution for this purpose, which is guaranteed by international and national legislation, during the whole service period given to him/her in that health institution. Patient Rights aims to protect human health at a high level and to provide high quality health services.
1. Right to Benefit from Services:
All our patients who apply to our hospital have the right to benefit from all services regardless of language, religion, race or sect. Our patients have the right to benefit from the preventive and curative health services necessary for them to continue their lives in a fair manner.
2. Right to being Informed and Request Information:
Our patients have the right to receive information about their health status, current health services and how they can benefit from them, and to see and obtain documents about themselves and their diseases.
3. Right of Consent and Approval:
Our patients have the right to accept, refuse or request the discontinuation of the recommended treatment after they are adequately informed.
4. The Right to Choose and Change the Health Institution and Healthcare Personnel:
Our patients have the right to choose and change which diagnosis and treatment method will be used, the doctors, nurses and other health personnel responsible for their treatment.
5. Right of Privacy and Confidentiality:
Our patients have the right to demand that their personal information, health conditions, diagnosis and treatment processes or the content of their private visits be kept confidential. Unless there is a medical necessity and our patient does not give permission, for whatever reason, information about his/her private and family life is not shared with anyone other than himself/herself. Our patients have the right to refuse to talk to or see people who are not directly related to their treatment, including visitors. Our patients have the right to ask protection of all the information obtained during the diagnosis and treatment phase, even in the event of their death. This information is only disclosed to the relevant authorities in line with the express consent of the patient or his/her heirs or court decision.

Our patients and their relatives have the right to receive health services with a smiling, gentle, compassionate approach and in a clean contemporary environment.
7. Right to Exercise Religious Duties:
Our patients have the right to fulfill their religious obligations within the possibilities of the health facility and as long as they do not interfere with treatment. To the extent possible, the patient or his/her authorized representative has the right to bring a clergyman to suggest and pray according to the patient’s religious needs.
8. Right of Visit and Accompaniment:
Our patients have the right to accept visitors and have companions in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by our hospital.
9. Right of Security:
Our patients have the right to ask protection of the safety of life and property, and to be protected from risks and medical errors in health services.
10. Right to Request Consultation and Second Opinion:
If our patients accept the responsibilities, they have the right to obtain information about their health status from another physician working in the same branch, or to seek consultation with a specialist from a different branch.
11. Right to Submit Complaints / Opinions and Suggestions:
Our patients have the right to initiate, review, finalize and be informed of the outcome of the complaint mechanism in our hospital in case their rights are neglected.
